Baia di Luna is a place dedicated to relaxation and mutual respect. The following conditions are designed to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Arrivals after this time are possible upon request and incur a surcharge of € 30.00.
Access is permitted no later than 10:30 p.m.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
Late check-out available subject to availability (€ 30.00).
Adherence to these times is essential to ensure the proper preparation of the accommodation.
Upon arrival
We invite you to check the condition of the room and the linen provided.
Any anomalies must be reported promptly so that we can take immediate action.
Cleaning and Linen
- Initial cleaning and first supply of linen included.
- Extra changes or cleaning available on request at additional cost.
- Linen is for internal use only; any damage or missing items will be charged.
Additional services and extra costs
In order to maintain high standards of hygiene and comfort, the following costs apply:
- Final cleaning: € 50,00 for stays longer than 21 days
- Final cleaning: € 35,00 for stays of 5 nights
- Change of bed linen (on request): € 13,00/1 set (1 top sheet, 1 bottom sheet, 2 pillowcases)
- Bathroom linen change (on request): € 7,00/1 set (1 face towel, 1 shower towel, 1 guest towel)
- Room tidying (on request): € 15,00
- Suite tidying (on request): € 20,00
Behavior and Safety
- All guests must be registered at check-in.
- Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and common areas.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Unauthorized private electrical appliances are not permitted.
- Accommodations must be used with care and returned in decent condition. Any damage will be charged.
Documents and Responsibilities
- Each guest must present a valid ID document.
- The property is not responsible for items left unattended in private areas.
Additional Services
- Self-service laundry available free of charge in common areas.
- Assistance in organizing shuttles or local transportation upon request.
Damage and Loss
The spaces must be treated with care. Any damage or loss of keys may result in a charge.
Cleaning and Hygiene
The premises are regularly sanitized with certified products,
in compliance with current regulations.
Rates and Terms & Conditions
Rates are per room, per night and include:
- Furnished and equipped accommodation
- Initial supply of bed linen and towels
- Water and electricity consumption
- Free Wi-Fi
- Access to communal areas (outdoor garden and relaxation lounge)
- Smart TV
- Air conditioning and heating
- Hairdryer
- Bathroom amenity kit
- Assistance during your stay
Cot supplement: €10.00 per day.
Reservations and Payments
Reservations are only valid after our confirmation email has been sent.
Confirmation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Full payment or a 30% deposit is required upon confirmation.
The balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to arrival.
Accepted payments: bank transfer or PayPal.
Cancellation Policy
- Up to 30 days before arrival: no penalty.
- From 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% penalty.
- From 14 days before arrival or no-show: 100% penalty.
Liability and Force Majeure
The facility is not liable for disruptions due to causes beyond its control
or unforeseeable events.
