In case of payment with a company card, the card must be physically present at the time of payment. We cannot issue invoices but only receipts.
We do not have internal parking. It is possible to stop in front of the gate just long enough to leave your suitcases and then go to park. It is possible to park behind the structure and in the surrounding streets: blue lines for a fee (in the period between May and September). Free dirt roads or white stripes.

Baia di Luna is located in a central position, 25m from the main beach of Santa Marinella. On foot you can reach bars, restaurants, pharmacies, ATMs, post office, supermarkets and shopping shops.
Suites S3 and S4 located on the first floor have a terrace overlooking the sea. The S1 and S2 suites located on the ground floor have a private patio facing the sea. Rooms C5 and Suite S5 have a balcony facing the mountains.
Rooms C1, C2, C3 located on the second floor of the structure do not have a balcony, but a beautiful sea view.
Baia di Luna offers a pure tourist rental service. This means the delivery of the room or suite cleaned with the provision of the first set of sheets and towels based on the number of guests. For linen changes or tidying up during your stay it is necessary to arrange them with a local company (for information on costs and methods consult the info/regulations section on this site).
In the common areas located on each floor, washing machines/dryers are available to guests free of charge.

The beaches offer agreements for seasonal rentals (2/3 months). Therefore, it is best to take a tour once you are there and choose the one you like best at the most convenient costs, following the advice that we will gladly give you.
